It's an extra service they provide, outside the required agreement of giving you access to the game server. So you can always choose to not watch it. OR you can install flash which as "addons" go is pretty much a requirement just as basic as "must breathe air". Besides, they did their own streaming a few times for earlier tournaments and while, back then at least, their efforts were commendable it was still **** (no offense guys). Outsourcing stuff that isn't within your own areas of expertise, to specialised groups, is smart thinking.

Allowing flash to be used in game is a Pandora's box which will backfire on us in hilarious and catastrophic ways. So, no.
